This city is almost done. There isn't a lot more I can do. People are determined to use the tram even though it would be a long wait than the subway that is right across the right. I just don't understand the AI in the game times. Very frustrating. The College was doing great but all of a sudden the student count dropped. Not sure why. http://chansmith.me
