SIMS 4 GLITCH FIX – CLEAR CACHE

Ever notice glitches when playing Sims 4? The nanny is invisible, or they freeze? Before finding this fix, I was at my end. The game was unplayable at times, and I was about to delete it from my computer. After much searching, I found this fix, and I want to share it with you.
Go to the following folder on your computer.
C:\Users\*your user name*\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4

1. Delete the localthumbscache.package file in this directory.
2. Delete all the files in Cache folder but not the folder itself.
3. Delete all the files in cachestr folder but not the folder itself

Do that from time to time or even before you play the game each time for optimum performance.
