Europe's Law Will Change the Web
I wanted to write a quick post about something that has a chance
to affect us all. Europe is about to or does have now a new law that will
change the web as we know it. Many are in an uproar about this law as they
should be. It will hurt people even in America. Yes, we are in a different country,
but the internet is worldwide, and people view pages in Europe. I encourage

it.
They have been trying to end
the internet as we know it today. They forced Google to edit search results
because someone got upset at it. Google doesn't own the web, so they don't
create the websites only say what is there. It's like a modern-day phone book.
Some doesn't know what that is so I will explain it. It's a book with a list of
names and numbers of people in your area. Back in the day it was the only way
to find phone numbers.
Now the phone book company
isn't responsible for the conversations or who has that number. It would be
wrong for someone to sue the phone book company for what was said over that
call so it's equally wrong for someone to sue Google over that.
We need to be mindful of these
things because a little give here and there adds up to a lot eventually.
